1) Planning the menu for the entire week a day before the week starts

A) Place a 450g of pork chops in your Crock-pot. Top with salt and
pepper, a little basil, some dried onion, and a can of cream soup. Cook
it on high all day. The meat will fall apart and the soup combines with

B) Top a boneless beef roast with a 30g can of tomato sauce, dried onion,
